Return Policy


Returns will be accepted for store credit or exchanges only, all items must be returned within 14 days of your purchase. Once 14 days has past we will not issue store credit or an exchange. As much as we could love to, return and exchanges shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  All sale items, accessory items, and  are final sale.

-If the item has been worn, washed, is damaged, smells of perfume or appears to be in bad condition, we will not issue store credit or an exchange.

-Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.

-Home decor items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or tag/packaging is removed from home decor items they are not returnable. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

-Once we have received the item, we will review it for store credit, or exchange. Exchanges will be granted if the particular style and size are available. If not, store credit will be issued.

-Store credit will be issued by email and will contain a code with your given amount of store credit.  Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
